Description:

Job Functions:

Work with the scheduling and system support team to schedule client visits utilizing the agency software

Provide consistent and reliable scheduling for clients

Regularly contact clients and care givers regarding day-to-day scheduling changes and adjust schedule in the agency software

Monitor employee clock in/out schedules on a daily basis, making appropriate corrections in our software to facilitate accurate processing of billing and payroll.

Back Up - Manage on-call, assist with troubleshooting software issues.

Train employees on agency visit and care plan software

Provides maintenance of the company website, responds to users, Identifies, troubleshoots, resolves and documents user system issues.

Supports software, hardware, and electronic communication systems, including support and maintenance of printers and peripherals through the help of in house or IT vendors.

Monitor fax machine, ensure all transmitted documents are appropriately logged and distributed

. Requirements:

1 year Home health/CNA experience is preferred

IT and Social Media experience is preferred

Is at least 18 years of age

Has a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle, or a workable plan for alternate transportation
