You will play a pivotal role in driving change initiatives within our organization, leveraging your market knowledge, system expertise, and business acumen to facilitate seamless transitions and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of complex environments to support efficient change initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand challenges and identify technological and procedural solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between business units and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Facilitate end-to-end refinement and solution design sessions, offering insights and driving process improvements.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Provide training and coaching to relevant parties, ensuring understanding and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Stay abreast of market developments and competition, contributing to strategic decision-making and product enhancement.
• Foster an environment of open dialogue and knowledge-sharing, encouraging expertise development and innovation.

Your ideal profile:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Trade Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Treasury is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Trading is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving attitude and effective communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing environments and a collaborative mindset.
