Hands-on Pensions SME needed ASAP to join the business change team of a global FS company and lead operational readiness activities supporting pension portal client roll-outs.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and coordinate all business change activities for each rollout - including testing (UAT), training, communications and post-implementation support
- Partner closely with Product, Delivery and Administration teams to configure the portal, resolve issues and ensure smooth transition into BAU
- Act as the key intermediary between business teams and technology, translating issues, managing fixes and providing clear updates
- Build strong relationships with clients, managing expectations through structured, transparent communication
- Support multiple rollouts running in parallel, each at different stages of delivery
- Contribute to change control processes and ensure delivery meets time, cost and quality standards
What you'll bring
- Strong experience in DC and/or DB pensions administration (essential), already operating in a project or change role
- Proven ability to support scheme configuration, understand operational nuances and guide teams through testing and adoption
- Excellent written and verbal communication - client-facing confidence is key
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- Comfortable using tools such as Excel and JIRA
- A proactive, people-focused and solutions-driven mindset
