Investigo are partnering with a large and complex global business. going through substantial change and transformation. This business are seeking to appoint an IT PMO Manager, to work within the IT Function and take responsibility for a maturing and managing an IT PMO. The PMO is responsible for processes, frameworks, templates and standards as well as for project and business analysis resource in a portfolio (rather than programme) environment, across a global business whereby projects will be delivered across multiple operating companies adding complexity to the customer landscape. This role requires someone who is an experienced PMO Manager, or possibly a Head of Projects or similar, and can demonstrate experience or the ability to operate across a diverse portfolio. You'll bring experience of building, maturing and running a complex and fast-moving PMO with a blend of internal and contract resource. As you'll be responsible for supplying project/business analysis resource to other business functions, the ability to operate in this way and work effectively with the wider business will be essential. Crucial to this role will be the ability to build and galvanise a team, encourage the use of a PPM platform, and work in a complex business. It's important to note that the projects are typically technology projects hence the ability to work within an IT organisation and have a high-level understanding of technology projects such as digital workplace, cloud computing technologies and infrastructure and applications is important, along with great stakeholder management and engagement skills. Any experience of MoP, Prince2, AGILE DevOps or ITIL are advantageous.

This role could suit: PMO Manager, Portfolio Support Manager, Programme Management Office Manager, Head of Projects, Head of Portfolio, or similar.

Due to the global nature, and geographically dispersed team, the role is remote.
