Job Details
Process Analyst (BPMN) - Must be based in Spain - 6 month contract (Contract)
Location: Spain
Business process analyst, process analyst, process business analyst, data, BPMN, SOP, GxP - 100% remote from Spain, 6 months
Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a 100% remote working process analyst who has experience in BPMN, SOP and GxP. Must be based in Spain and initial contract will be 6 months
Key Activities
- Drafting process maps.
- To map and document Data Office processes in a Standard Operating Procedural document (SOP)
- To draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and align them with the published Global Data Standards requirements including GxP requirements.
- To assess individual system and platform documentation against the requirements of both the GPF standards and to be documented SOPs.
- To work with systems and platform owners to address any gaps identified in the individual systems and platform documentation
- To continuously report on progress/status of SOP write up to the Inspection Readiness project
- Identify processes or documents that could be retired
